Refunds and Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item is delivered.
  • The item is significantly different from its description.
  • The package is lost during transit and cannot be delivered.

To submit a claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Non-Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds or returns will generally not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Ordering the wrong item, color, or size
  • Delays caused by customs clearance
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or peak seasons
  • Minor differences in color or appearance due to screen settings

Returns

In most cases, customers are not required to return damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If a return is required, our support team will provide instructions.

Please do not return any product without prior authorisation.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After processing begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

Lost Packages

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days after shipment, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing
